Does FATA offer Travel Certificates or Health Certificates for Pets?
We do offer 'healthy pet' certification that can be used for carry-on travel (in cabin only) of your cat or dog within the continental United States or to certify that your pet is 'healthy' for boarding or other service needs. The charge for the exam and certificate is $65. Additional pets are $30 each within the same exam. Pets must be up-to-date with Rabies vaccination. We do not offer health certificates for puppy or kitten sales.
