Our main goal is affordable, preventive medicine that
strives to keep prices as low as possible

We are committed to making Pet Health Care affordable to everyone. We also promote low cost Spay and Neuter to help with the over-population of pets. The original Melbourne facility was opened in 1989 by Isabelle Dorsey. Her mission was to provide an affordable sterilization program to help decrease the number of cats and dogs that were, and still are, being euthanized at shelters due to pet overpopulation.
