     We are a non-profit low cost spay and neuter    medical facility located in Melbourne. The facility was opened in 1989 by Isabelle and Al Dorsey. Their
mission was to provide an affordable sterilization program to help decrease the amount of cats and dogs that are being euthanized at area shelters due to over-pet-population. The hospital is now managed by their daughter Lisa and staffed by 20 employees.
